AGA Commercial is led by Principal Andrew Adnam, a seasoned commercial property professional who has transacted over $2 billion in commercial sales, ranging from CBD strata to high-profile development sites. Notably, Andrew played a pivotal role in amalgamating the $79 million site for 360 Queen Street, a landmark $600 million commercial tower currently under construction in Brisbane’s Golden Triangle. The development is a joint venture between Charter Hall and Investa, featuring over 45,000 sqm of premium-grade office space across 33 levels.
Andrew brings over a decade of experience at CBRE, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate firms, along with earlier roles at Ray White Commercial. He holds a Diploma in International Business from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
